Welcome to San Ysidro Senior Village

The stunning community of San Ysidro Senior Village in San Diego provides 50 beautifully furnished studio apartments for seniors, 55 years and better, who have been chronically homeless.  One apartment home has been set aside for the community manager.

Case management and care coordination are provided onsite by local service providers, including the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency, Father Joes Villages, CASA Familiar, San Ysidro Health, San Diego PACE.  The Hope through Housing Foundation adds another level of support, providing additional tools and resources to help residents adjust to their new home.

Residents of San Ysidro enjoy a wide array of amenities, including a community center for resident services and events, a community garden, a BBQ station, and onsite laundry facilities.
